We are happy to announce that we are working towards having our inaugural event and of course what should it be? Well of course “BULLS ON BOLIVAR” and we contacted the Port Bolivar Volunteer Fire Department to make sure we could use the name as it was their event initially.
We encourage you to mark your calendars and plan to be here April 4th to attend this fun event.
This event will celebrate our community, start a new tradition, and help us raise a permanent arena to hold more exciting events in the future.
We’re currently looking for individuals, sponsors, and local businesses interested in helping us bring this event to life. Your support will help make “Bulls on Bolivar” a tradition to remember!

Event Sponsorships
Event Sponsor (1) – $20,000
“Bulls on Bolivar brought to you by (Your Company)”
Includes naming rights across all advertising once secured, multiple banners throughout the arena, main gate signage, meet-and-greet opportunities, VIP access, and special reserved seating.
Arena Sponsor (1) – $8,000
(Original cost $10,000 – $2,000 already donated)
Be the exclusive arena sponsor for this event. This sponsorship covers the arena rental.
If you are interested in a larger, long-term partnership involving purchasing the arena and having your name permanently attached, we would welcome a discussion. For reference, a full-size rough stock arena is approximately $150,000.
Bleacher Sponsorships
Grandstand Sponsor (1) – $100,000 -
This is a major, long-term naming opportunity. Exclusive sponsorship of the main grandstand (700+ capacity).
• 86’ length, 15 rows high
• Covers securing, cement base, and installation
• Your name prominently displayed across the top

VIP Bleachers
We are developing multiple smaller bleachers into VIP seating areas with multi-year naming opportunities:

(1) 30’ x 5-row section (on-site)
(3) 16’ x 5-row sections (currently at Bolivar Escape Room)
(1) 16’ x 10-row section (on-site)
Rodeo Feature Sponsorships
Announcer – $4,000
TC Long, “the voice of rodeo,” will announce the entire event. Includes repeated mentions, banner placement at the announcer’s stand, and VIP access.
Bulls – $4,000
Help bring the bulls back to Bolivar. Includes banners, VIP access, and photo opportunities (with safety barriers in place).
In-Gate / Out-Gate - Front or Back available
(Front) – $2,500 (1 available)
Highly visible spot facing into the arena and where every bull exits out of the arena.
(Back) – $1,500 (1 available)
Visible every time a bull exits out of the arena, the gate is opened and your banner will show.
Chute Gates – $1,500 each (4 left – 2 already sold)
Your company name announced every time a bull exits your sponsored gate.

The Community banner will have multiple logos on it similar to this look. The size will be approximately 2’x2’.
Please be aware that all sponsorship banners will be made when payment is received. The banners do take time so the cutoff date to guarantee your banner will arrive and be in place will be March 20, 2026. Any banner sponsorships after that date will not be guaranteed. Please get your graphics and payments in before that date.
Please note that additional opportunities may become available. Banner sponsors will be contacted first if new specialty sponsorships are added. All sponsors receive a banner, and we encourage you to include information you would like to share about your company during the event as we will be giving TC Long information about each sponsor.
