Event Date: April 4, 2026
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Bulls on Bolivar. We are excited to welcome vendors offering unique products, food, merchandise, and services to our community and visitors.
Vendor Space Details
Fee: $75 per 10’ x 10’ space
Space Size: 10’ x 10’ (vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs)
Utilities: No water or electrical hookups available
Generators: Allowed (must be quiet and safely operated)
Insurance Requirements
All vendors are required to carry general liability insurance for the event.
Additional Insured Endorsement is required. The following are the companies which need to be added to this coverage, for the most part, this insurance is free to add to your policy.

Vendors may purchase single-event vendor insurance coverage for April 4, 2026, through the following link:

Proof of insurance will be required prior to the event.
Permits
Temporary permits for Galveston County will be required for any food vendor operating at Bulls on Bolivar. We will obtain a temporary event permit for the day. Please let us know if you will need one issued under this event permit.
Event Day Schedule
Location is Swedes Park, 1605 TX 87, Crystal Beach, TX 77650
Vendor Set-Up: Begins at 8:00 AM
Gates Open to Public: 11:00 AM
All vendors must be fully set up by 11:00 AM
Tear Down: Begins at 6:00 PM
Vendor Benefits
Two (2) staff passes included per vendor space

Vendor Selection
To provide a diverse and successful marketplace experience, we will limit similar vendor categories. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis upon approval and receipt of payment.

Hosted as part of Bulls on Bolivar, the Vendors help support the mission of the Bolivar Arena Association.
Bulls on Bolivar is the inaugural bull riding event hosted by the Bolivar Arena Association on the Bolivar Peninsula and serves as a primary fundraising effort toward the construction of a permanent rodeo arena for our community. Once completed, the arena will function as a multi-purpose facility, hosting rodeo events and expanded western programming, while also supporting agricultural initiatives, youth and vocational education, emergency response training, and community gatherings. This facility will strengthen local resources and provide long-term benefits to our volunteer fire departments, schools, and nonprofit organizations.
