For the Bolivar Arena Association (BAA), a partnership provides the financial stability needed to build, maintain, and grow a multi-use outdoor arena that serves the entire community. Partner support helps fund infrastructure such as grandstands, fencing, lighting, safety improvements, and event operations, allowing the arena to host rodeos, community celebrations, educational programs, and emergency services training.

For the community, your partnership creates a lasting asset. The Bolivar Arena is designed to be a gathering place — where families come together, traditions are celebrated, and local pride is strengthened. It provides a safe, organized venue for youth and agricultural events, supports local schools and non-profit organizations, and generates opportunities for local vendors and businesses during events.

A partnership also directly supports local volunteer fire departments and emergency services by providing a facility for training, preparedness events, and large-scale community coordination. In times of emergency, the arena can serve as a staging or support area, reinforcing Bolivar’s resilience and readiness.

arena naming rights (1) - $250,000

The Arena Title Sponsor is the highest level of partnership available and represents a long-term, premier investment in the Bolivar Peninsula community. This sponsor will receive exclusive naming rights to the Arena, placing their brand at the center of all Arena operations, events, and public recognition.

Partial naming rights

These are only available if full naming rights have not been sold. Both of these are major, long-term naming opportunity. 5 year-term and first choice at longer at the end of the term. A place on the Board of Directors for you or someone you choose. VIP seating at all events, even those not run by the BAA. There are very many moving parts to this project and we would prefer to have a face to face conversation with any interested business or people.

Arena Sponsor (1) – $150,000

Help us purchase and build the arena portion of this facility. The arena itself is of course an expensive part of this project and a must. There are ways we can get this done but of course having a partner in this event is our preference.

Grandstand Sponsor (1) – $100,000

Exclusive sponsorship of the main grandstand (700+ capacity).
• 86’ length, 15 rows high
• Covers securing, cement base, and installation
• Your name prominently displayed across the top
