TEAM REQUIREMENTS
Gumbo must be cooked on-site from scratch
Roux may be pre-made
Must include chicken in Gumbo & Cajun Dish
Bring your own tent, equipment, ground cover, utensils
Water source provided
Prepare 3–5 gallons minimum
Label any allergens
No outside alcohol (per TABC)
